[size=+1]Here is another creation from FIVEMEGA.
G4 bi-pin socket/reflector that can be used instead of D26 lamp assembly in $urefire flashlights. (may not work with other brand flashlights such as Superfire or Ultrafire.)
No more $25-$30 lamp assembly poof.
Simply insert a G4 bi pin bulb of your choice into the socket, lock the set screw to hold the bulb, install the bi pin socket in reflector, focus it the way you prefer, lock the set screw GENTLY and ready to use.
Possibilities:
WA1111 bulb to use with 2xIMR 16340 in $urefire 6P
WA1111 bulb to use with 2 protected AW 18650
WA1111 bulb to use with 2 protected AW "C" cells
WA1274 bulb to use with 2 IMR26500
WA1185 bulb to use with 3xIMR 16340 in $urefire 9P
WA1185 bulb to use with 3 protected 18650 (soft start switch is recommended)
FM1909 bulb to use with 3 IMR 18500 or larger cells.
There are many other G4 bulbs to use with this socket/reflector in different battery configuration.
All reflectors are MOP and designed to work with WA T2-1/4 bulbs. No other texture/bulb opening are or will be available.

Advantages:
Low cost bulb. ($6 for WA1185 / $9 for WA1111)
Many possiblity and choice.
Easily convertible from 7.4 volt to 11.1 and....
Since the bulb is removeable, you can also frost it half way down, 2/3 or entierly for excellent soft quality beam.
Each socket comes with one small allen wrench for GENTLY secure the bulb and one larger allen wrench to GENTLY secure set screw and lock socket inside reflector.
Bulb will never fall off and socket will never change position.
