An invitation to all CPF members:

On behalf of Gearbest (represented here in CPF by Jona), I will be facilitating a simple giveaway in commemoration of the 2017 Fourth of July celebration.

Just one requirement to join, write a short message on:

How will you (or family and friends) be celebrating this year's Independence Day?

Any special significance or memories to remember the previous or up to this day for this year's edition?

Post only once, and it will be your official entry.

Random.org will decide the 4 lucky numbers. First no. to appear gets prize #1, then for no.2...and so on until the fourth no. is drawn.

This year I have no specific plans or party's. I will more than likely enjoy the day off of my 60 hr work schedule with a couple beers and some friends. When it gets dark I'll grab a few flashlights and maybe shoot a couple fireworks.

Birthday party for my son. This 4th of July he turns 15!!!! Up until the age of 10 he thought all the fireworks were just for him 🤣. When his cousins used to live around the corner we would go there for the best cookouts and afterwards my nephew would light off massive fireworks. One year the police showed up just as he was lighting one off. Good thing it was my partner from our local police dept.!!! We promised we were done for the night if he wouldn't issue a ticket. We lit the rest of them the next night instead

Thanks for the giveaway.

Me, my wife and 4 kiddos will be joining my parents for the week at a camp in NH that we have been visiting since I was a kid. I have great memories of learning to water ski behind the boat of my uncle that has since passed. He was a very patient and selfless person. Happy 4th all!

Thank you for the chance. No plans yet but in the past, we have enjoyed the fireworks at Fort Bragg. They do an excellent job every year.

I will be celebrating this year's Independence Day with friends on a camping trip - surrounded by some awesome flashlights and lanterns, of course! The camping trip is something we've been doing every year for 8 years, but we took a break the last two years because one of our camping friends passed away a few years ago, so we took two years off before returning to the trip this year. Thanks for doing the giveaway!

I'll have to be working this 4th of July, so I won't be involved with anything remotely close to flashlights - or fun - this year, unfortunately. I'll turn on a light and flash it a couple times in honor of y'all here though.

We will be celebrating Independence Day this year in combination with my dad's 80th birthday. He is struggling to recover from radiation treatments for a brain tumor. We are all hoping for improvement in the next week so he can enjoy the day.

I'll be at work and I work over overnight so I get to use my lights a whole lot which is a plus. When I get home this Fourth I am gonna cook steaks on the grill and share with my Golden Retriever.
