I have found this guy to be pretty accurate. Starting off Yukatan. Video is 7 hrs old, and will be an update later today.

Looks like North Carolina got hit with up to 18" of rain?

This is the guy I'm watching. Has been very accurate, and gives updates frequently as hurricane developing.

He does youtube breakdowns daily as well. I compared the two, and they both are covering the same data flow, from what I can tell.
Similar content, but less sermon.
Is fine if that's your thing. Just isn't my bag.
