General purpose 18650 charger with ability to charge 1S2P packs?

I have a few protected 1S2P battery packs as well as a bunch of single protected 18650 cells. Is there a good quality cc/cv charger that can safely charge both kinds?

The problem is that the 1S2P packs require alligator clips to charge from.

I'm having trouble finding this kind of charger in the UK.

The 1S2P battery pack is an Ansmann 2447-3033-01.

With most any common charger meant for holding individual 18650 cells in spring loaded slots, you can make a simple battery shaped dummy adapter with alligator clip wire leads on each end to connect to your 1S2P pack since the pack is same voltage as a single cell. Just cut a wooden dowl about the size of a battery and staple or tack the wire leads to each end to contact the charger terminals. The only chargers to avoid might be ones with a fixed maximum time since the 1s2p pack will need to charge for twice as long as a single cell at the same amperage.
