Glow products - what\'s new, what\'s best ?

Can someone please sum up the best current Glow options, i.e., is Alien Skin still the best stuff ?
Then there are the powders available, glue-on layers, (and even Nail-Varnish).

So, now NeoGlow now sell their stuff in ounces, not a minimum of 2lbs.

I know that Tritium paste is/was available from Watchmakers suppliers - sometimes.
That was a long time ago, don't know if they still would do so.
