Well hello fellow flashaholics i kept hearing how good the surefire u2 is and how versitile it is, so I purchased this light. WOW! This light is bright. It throws like my L6 and Has a good flood. The Low level is bright for a low level. It compact and throws a bunch. I got the whitest tint! and the very very very slight Cheerio that can only be seen if you look at the beam from a mirror. I think this is the best flashlight ever made! Sorry for not asking you guys to help me but i read enough threads to see this is a good light but afwul cheerios and tints made me back away but hit the lottery again! Also my surefire U2's Lens is slightly popped up like if rounded is this normal? Well it doesnt affect the perfect beam and bright light! Great light!:grin2:

good to hear this good review.... as i have also ordered one.... it'll be my first black ha3 light, my first multiple stage light, my first Surefire light, my first 5w light, and my first light over $100.

by the way, if you have some spare time to kill.... in terms of beamshots...the more the marrier :)

I will try to post some beamshots. This U2 is awesome. They only had 2 U2's left. One with green tint or one with PERFECT tint. The gladius was still not in stock and had to wait another month!
