Looks to be in pretty good shape, but the switch doesn't work. I hope I can disassemble it and fix.

Those old mechanical switches are stupid simple and often just need a good cleaning.

Is that a Bright Star by chance? Probably screw in bulb?

If you know your way around pop rivets they're not that difficult to remove. But first try giving it a good cleaning with something like Tarn X or De-Oxit and a q-tip.
