My older Apex had a switch that was acting intermittent. I e-mailed them, and they had me send it in for repair.

Today a brand new one arrived in the box, no charge!
They may be slow to upgrade their emitters, but their warranty service is excellent! :thumbsup:

Now I need to upgrade it with an SSC.
 
I sent my Apex back not long after they came out due to cracks developing in the housing. They immediately sent me a new one. I've been using that one for about a year and a half and the same cracks have appeared. I sent it in again this week and I fully expect that I'll find a new one in the mail in a few days. PT's customer service is good in my book.
