what's the brightest hand held, AA,AAA, or 123 powered
green led? from what i can tell the surefire L-1 is more powerful than ,my 5 led green NOVA.it also costs 3 times as much

Really, though, the SF's got to be up there. I'm sure somebody could build you something brighter. .

a LuxIII green in a mag light using mag reflector will be the brightest. All kinds of ways to power it with this setup. You could use a D or C sized maglight for a host. And yes, the SF with the green luxeon 1 will be brighter than a X5. But the luxIII w/mag reflector will be insane bright.
