Green to orange through cup?

Hey guys,
I think i figured out a way to convert my green laser to orange??? I just bought a 55mw viper from dl. I shined it through one of my glass cups and the beam, while passing threw the bottom of the cup was bright orange, but when it leaves the cup it is green again. Any idea whats happening? Could I have accidently found a way to make cheap orange lasers?

Look at the beam from the top of the cup.

Yeah threw the top its still orange.

It's nothing more than fluorescence from some material in the glass; not at all dissimilar to this:

This is a green laser being shot through a "snow globe", a common type of liquid-filled Christmas decoration.
