Halcyon HID 21W ballast and bulb needed

Hi

I have some questions about 2 halcyon HID lights and I am wondering if someone can help me

1) Where can I find ballast for Halcyon Explorer HID 21W
2) Where can I find HID 21Watt bulb for Halcyon old model (big canister ) i can't find the model name http://www.seabreaze.gr/forum/index.php?topic=697.0
3) Can I put the 21W bulb to the ballast of the old Halcyon

After many hour serching I found this link but no further informations http://www.xpowershop.de/
