Have any of 18650 from DX single click hotwire bulbs yet?

DX & Kai has come a long way with their 18650 cells. With their many selections, I figured by now their protected 18650 should be equal to AW' cells.

Also, I don't get the fact that since both of these sellers are from China, somehow DX can't seem to obtain the high powered cells like that of AW. How does AW do it?

if I understand it correctly, AW has a lot of buying power, and has been able to get manufactures to do special batches of cells for his business.

BTW: MOST protected 18650s on the market will light up any standard output tactical lamp out there, even "normal" 18650s usually have the high current limit set in the 3-4 amp range, so they will light up lamps up to around 1.5A-2amp on 1 click.

Personally, I highly recommend purchasing cells through a dealer who can respond quickly to communications and respond in an intelligible manner... On most products this isn't as important, but with potentially dangerous li-ion cells, I consider it very important, AW is great because you can drop him a question, he's on here almost every day, so he'll almost always respond promptly. If you want to buy some bargain cells, I suggest checking out BatteryJunction, They are fast shippers with an active representative on the board here.
