I do as well, but it doesn't bother me that the parts don't match exactly in tone. If there is another run of type 3 nat I'm in. Otherwise not, thanks.

The different anodized tones is due to the aluminum heat treating - T6 aluminum material bar stock difference in OD/size/thickness for a head bezel vs body/tailcaps produces slightly different shades of ano. IMO the variation of shades looks okay, and allows user to examine finish. I too wish they would forget the black dye. Like a womans make-up i always thought of it being more a cover-up, and has nothing to do with quality of the anodize

This is the breakdown of what I have now in my grubby little hands...

12 2700k
21 3000k
4 3500k
16 4000k

Which means that all the 3500k are spoken for, and there are 3 left in each of the other temperatures. I will not be ordering more. They were out of 3500k, which is why there are only 4.

Yes, comes with rum but you must supply your own "skull or your enemy" to drink it from.

If you are wondering, this is how this is going to work. Once everything is ready, you will receive an email from me from one of those accounts above. The email will contain a password to get into a special custom order page on the HDS website. Without the password, you won't be able to get there. You will then have two days to order your light through the website and configure it however you want just like the custom page and checkout. After the two days are up, if you haven't placed and paid for your light, your spot becomes a free-for-all for anyone else to grab and configure however they want as it will be moved to the main custom page that anyone can order from. You will want to watch the timelines carefully to avoid gnashing of teeth.
