I have an HDS Ultimate 60 GT - last nite I dropped it - about 4 feet onto carpet in my living room - and now it does'nt work! ?
Left it sitting without the battery overnite, no change. The LED lights for about 1 sec when I put the battery in, but after that, nothing. Could the switch be broken? Any ideas welcome.
Edit - I knew the LED was still working - that left the switch and the connection. What I found was that removing the spring and making sure it was making good contact on the rear cap fixed the problem! I think the fall might have moved the spring around inside the light and caused it to un-seat.
