That's a great pouch, is it a custom made?
I bought it from Mountain Leather on Etsy. Not a stock item anymore, but they may be willing to make you one.. The leather is quite thin, I think pigskin.

It is a pattern based on "The Original Mission Wallet", which you can get here, among other places.. The Original pattern is 1/2" shorter than mine. The Original is also made of sturdier leather, and there is also a Nylon option.

Not only will the Clicky be discontinued in the future, the Rotary will as well. So yes. Panic. Be worried. Doesn't matter if the parts are the same as the Rotary as that will go away too. The new light being designed is not compatible with the current one.

There. Just made folks panic for no good reason at all.
Yes. We will keep parts for repairs.
We will not be ordering parts for the current Clicky or Rotary. Once that stock is gone... it is gone. How long will that take? Hopefully over a year or more.

I’ve been dreaming of an HDS Systems headlamp for decades, since my first order in 2003.

Fingers crossed that the new design is a modular platform that also comes as a headlamp.

I already got my nb27 panda and my amber. Your fear mongering is powerless to me!!

I CAN be tempted with a new design though 👀

Very surprising, no reports at all in the last 2 weeks...

Therefore I will start!

The NA52 packed:

The LED, I like the corrected marking from NA57 to NA52 :D

Quick 'n dirty compare NA52, SDR50, SDW57, NC5 (3 'o clock), NC57 (high noon)

-- EDIT --

Now my thoughts to the NA52. The beam of NA52 is very similar to NC50 and SDR50. The NA52 is a good replacement for a "3 'o clock". I like my NA52. (y)

Got one more last week, collection is growing.
Clicky 100 lumens SSC P4 4000K high CRI orange cerakote, Rotary 18350 NB45, Rotary 18350 NB40 Sapphire, Rotary 18650 NB45. I need a second NB40, though.
It is a great collection and I understand you like NB40, is at least for me the one and only 4000K HDS I really love.
Your orange ceracote Clicky is great. I like ceracote lights, the only point I do not like is that cerakote wears very fast.

Already have one. ;)
After I got HDS Rotary, I stopped buying any flashlights, it is so good in everything.
But as always, sometimes you want something, even though you don't need it.

I need to stop reading the forums….
I hear you. At work always packed a backup HDS (SW45) for peace of mind but never really needed it. The SDR50 remains my go-to EDC light.

I picked up a HDS NA52. Nice light, has slightly better 96 CRI with a little more crispier detail showing up in the beam. Very close to the NC50 and 300lm SDR50, just a touch cooler. Great addition.. 👍
