For my birthday, I ordered a Trustfire TR-800 light and 2 Ultrafire 18650 3000mah Protected batteries, and they came with a single port charger that that has the following numbers... HG-1039V, AC100-240V/47-63HZ, 1.2V/380mA, 3.6V/330mA, 9V/120mA, all off of Ebay. Now that I got them and I was so impressed with the bnatteries and the output of the light, I started doing more research on lights using this type of battery. That led me here. Now Im reading all the bad and derogatory postings about Ultrafire products and its got me wondering. I work on a midnight shift at a state correctional institution and we are limited on flashlights by cell size, that is to say, our rule is nothing with c or d cell batteries. This light setup is perfect for what I do and works great so far. I guess as a matter of luck I have a habit of checking batteries when I get them and these both were at 4.11 and 4.09 respectively when i recieved them. I have check them after each charge and they maintain that voltage consistently. I numbered the cells and started writing down voltage at different times after charging with no use, both hold constant voltage.

My questions,

Where kind I find these AW cells I keep seeing mentioned?

Are the cells I bought ok as long as I monitor them?

Should I stop using the light until I get something different?
