HELP!! Downboy 300 Whats What?

How do I wire up this Downboy 300?
I only have one pic of a downboy and it says:
J1- (+)
J2- (-)
J3- (LED +)
J4- (LED -)
Is this right?

HELP PLEASE

I haven't wired a Downboy in a while but according to the info here you've got it right: Wiring for Shoppe converters

for the j1+ you just put a dob of solder on the center of the back side that is you positive battery contact the j2- is where you attach a wire to the can or body(GND) of the flashlight. The led+ and _ are what you solder to the led anode and cathode. hope this helps.
