Help findind post pr based adaptor for bi pin bulbs?

I thought I read about this not to long ago but I can't find it now.I want it to usr a surge bulb in a Tec 40.Thanks in advance!

Carley makes pr based receivers for bi-pin adapters for T-2 1/2 and either T-1 or T-1 1/2 bulbs. I think the Surge bulb is a different pin configuration. The Surge bulb would probably be underdriven in the PT 40.

Other PR bulbs are available for the PT40 that are powerful enough to cause reflector damage. See threads on the topic.
