HELP how can i upgrade stinger Hp with UCL lens

hi,
i need to upgrade my stinger Hp head with a UCL or B 270 lens. i dont know how to do because the lens is a snap in lens. does anyone has a answer to this problem. my 500 lumen WA 01160 bulb will melt the plastic lens if it runs over 5 min.

I would be interested in solutions to this problem too. The craptastic plastic snap in lense bugs the snot out of me.

i am in contact with flashlightlens (chris) but there is no solution till know. is it possible to make a custom turbohead that will fit the stinger ? maybe with a lathe ?
