Help modding my old Garrity 2 way flashlight PICS INCLUDED!

Ok guys I have an older Garrity 2 way flashlight that I would love to mod to hold a newer LED (not sure if this was the correct forum choice being the light is currently an incan). Anyways here are some pics is it possible?

Is there a simple LED drop in piece I could use for this light (i.e. one of the nite ize or ledreplacement maglite ones?) If not would anyone here be interested in doing some custom work for me?

Well, assuming the bulb is a PR style, you should be able to get a Mag drop-in in there. My Garrity took just a little work to get it in and it is easily 3x brighter (I guess 30 lumen to 100+).

So then THIS should work with 4aa running 2s2p like these are correct?
