Help with 35w reflector please!

Hi,

I'm putting together a flashlight using an H3 35w HID car kit. I'd bought a halogen 55w fog kit with projector bulbs to swap the HID into but the beam is much worse than I thought it would be.

I don't mind a wide-ish beam, but would at least like a hot spot in the middle.*

Can anyone suggest something to do this please?

Would it be worth getting a huge reflector from one of the cheap "million candlepower" flashlights and adapting that?
