The tailcap switch on my Inova 2008 T2 is having problems and I'm ready to send it in to Inova as per their lifetime warranty. I don't see much of anything on their website regarding the procedure for this, and I am debating between e-mailing them for instructions (and likely waiting a few days for their reply), or just sending it in with a note.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through an Inova warranty repair and has any tips, suggestions, etc.
