Help with modding fenix L1P, or directions to old thread.FOUND-Thanks Long john!

I have a millermods L1P modded with a seoul emitter. would like to mod the tailcap to two-stage, resulting in a twisty on-off. I know this has been discussed but cant find it. seems like I need to solder a resistor between the two contacts on the tailcap? and what level resistor(and would radio shack stock it)?

any better options?
