Hi everyone...

Now this is my first attempt at posting pics so please bear with me if it doesnt work

Here are some CAD pics of the canister I have designed (including original 4-cell per pack design and new 6-cell pack design).

The canister is sealed by one compression o-ring and two backup rings and the batteries are arranged onto a threaded rod to keep them together (but still easily separable). They are arranged into 7.2V packs that can be charged separately.

Ok I tried the embedded image thing (from a Picasa URL link) but it doesnt seem to have worked as I just get a blank space where the images were meant to be. Perhaps this will just be easier?

Ah thanks very much mate Let me know if you ever need help with solidworks... I have been using it for about 5 years now.
