I'm new to HID Spotlight , I want to know which manufacturer produce the HID Spotlight ?

well there are MANY manufacturers of HID spotlights, HID means HIGH INTENSITY DISCHARGE, it's not a particular brand name.

I would start by browsing around different online shops. Nothing is more fun than window shopping for HIDs. Battery Junction, Polarion, AE Light, Magnalight all are fun places to peek around. There's also the Google search bar at the top of this page. This will help you get more insight on a particular light.
