hid question

I have read alot in theses fourmsand have seen diff answers but I am thinking of getting a sams club hid was going to upgrade thor to hid but cheaper to buy sc hid here for 98 than to order parts to upgrade thor but was wondering if I am correct do these hid lights burn at a constant brightness as to the hylogen one that get dimmer and dimmer while in in use ty

Yes, HID's including Sam's Club are full brightness until they flicker and die in a Nano second.

The HID's are regulated because the ballast needs to deliver a constant current to the bulb. SO, It should be full brightness and then just turn itself off.
