HID torch X3

It looks like a typical Chinese-manufactured cookie cutter light (copy of the 35W Tactical/Oracle HID.), and it is coming direct from China (Guangdong). If it is ever sold here in the US through a distributor you don't have to worry about sending it back to China for warranty issues. In my book 200 lumens isn't all that more powerful when you're talking about HIDs, so you're probably better off picking up a Tactical/Oracle.

In my estimation they're just playing the numbers game. It probably has the exact same ballast and bulb as the other but if the light they're selling is advertised at 3700 instead of 3500 they can draw out the suckers. Same as the 10, 15, 18, 20 million candle power lights all using the same battery, bulb and reflector.

so all the 10, 15, 18, 20 million candle power lights the same throw, brightness wise ?

Yes, if all of the said lights are a 12V 7Ah SLA, H4 automotive bulb, and 9" reflector with similar reflectance, which is usually the case. They're all going to be the same bulb lumens. The stated "whatever million" cp means absolutely nothing. All of these lights are right around 750,000 to 1 million actual cp, which really doesn't mean much to begin with.

As Patriot explained, if not HID, and if the bulbs are the same. (ie 55w, 80w, 100, 130w).
