High capacity Lithium rechargables?

Most battery places charge a great deal for LiPo or LiIon packs. Do any sell a large format cell that could be used to make DIY battery packs? Eg 3.6V 10Ah cells?

What size are those? If they are AAs, they are fakes - AFAIK nobody's managed to squeeze more than 3 amp-hours in AAs.
