Hey guys, I just bought a Jetbeam M1Xm for search & rescue missions. I will carry this with 25lbs of other gear, hopefully on my belt... But I can't find a good holster, case or pouch to fit it... There are LOTS of cases/holsters/etc for the P60 sized lights but none to accomodate the big heads like My M1Xm. FYI mine has the extender on it too, so its a 2x18650 length.. Anybody know of one? Thanks,

Check out this holster. www.rayn60.com I personally don't have one, so can only go by what they say, but it looks like a decent rig and it's definitely priced right. Good luck, and if you find what your looking for, please share it with us. Never know when someone will want the same thing!

Thanks for these guys, looks like the Maxpedition is it. My googlefu skills must be lacking don't know why I didn't find this... The rayn60 looks like a nice product too but it doesn't appear to protect the head which is what I was really looking for, for the times I have to throw the light into my pack with all the other stuff... Thanks again,

I bought the Maxpedition, then bought one of these later: http://www.solarforce-sales.com/product_detail.php?t=FA&s=21&id=71

I like the Solarforce better, not even factoring in the huge price difference. The SF is a little large and can accomodate a larger range of lights. The Maxpedition is stiff and hard to get my lights in and out of. The flap is also wider on the SF and protects the lens of my lights instead of just merely holding them in the holster.

Do you have any picks with your light in this Holster? I am trying to find a holster for my RRT-3.

Does anyone know of a pelican case or something similar to store a JETBEAM RRT-3 and some spare batteries? Preferably something I will be able to put in my backpack.

The light in the rear is the Solarforce universal holder with my Masterpiece Pro-1 in it.

Sorry, only photo I have of it at the moment.

Hi guys.

I'm looking for a holster for the new 4sevens Quark TurboX 123x2 that has a somewhat larger head, but smaller body. These universals seem pretty big.

Anyone know of a smaller option for this light?

Thank you.

No worries....I had to research a lot of holsters before I could find one that would fit my TK45!

Yeah but with the maxpedition you can stow anything from a 6P, to a Tiablo A9 with Aspheric head, to a 6 D-Cell Mag... Versatility is awesome!

The Solarforce is just as adjustable, maybe even more. The part that I really like compared to my Maxpedition is that the adjusting strap has velcro on it so that the velcro on the flap cover will stick to it. My Maxpedition doesn't, and the flap comes open easily with certian sized lights...like my TK45. The flap is also wider on the Solarforce and protects more of the flashlight head.

Here's a video that shows it:

If you would like to keep it in a JEATBeam brand name holster the BC40 holster is now sold for the 1MX & M2x as well.

cheers

I'm not sure how big that light is...would this work?

I've got one of those, but I don't really like it. It fits everything I've put in it: Thrunite Cat V2 XM-L, Solarforce L2, Stinger. Unfortunately, it collapses to its fully-closed position when you pull the light out, so it's difficult to put it back. I'm still trying to find the ideal holster for my Catapult.
