How can I change theLED in a Pelican M6 2390?

Hi,

just tried to swap the stock LED with a SSC, but I'm stuck. I separated the Reflector from the heat sink that houses the LED, but I can't get the LED out. How do I separate the heat sink from the black plastic part with the spring? What's the trick?
