How do I make my MagCharger reflector stippled?

Does anyone know how to stipple a reflector for a MagCharger? I love the light quality of the stippling and I have a few lights I would like to do this to, but definately the MagCharger reflector. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/help.gif
