How do you carry your Aleph?

I've been playing around with Aleph lights for a bit and have really grown attached to them. The performance and flexibility are kick a$$. The trouble is, how do you carry it? As of now, there are no pocket clips and just adding a lanyard takes away from the light's ability to stand on end.

Well, I just some Berkely Point clips and was fascinated by them. The little McGizmo clips. These things are GREAT!! Anyway, I wanted to put one on my Aleph III, but how?

I had some stainless rod laying around and this is what I came up with.

Now I have a McGizmo clip AND it can still stand on end. Probably a lot of trouble for nothing (actually, not too much trouble), but I think it's pretty cool.

I really like these clips. I think I like it better than I would a pocket clip. For a light this big, anyway.

Great Idea Chop, I use a split ring in the lanyard hole to attach a clip. The lanyard attachment you have made is exactly what the Aleph series needs hope there will be some available for sale one day.

Aleph 1 and 2 heads mounted on E2D Defender bodies with 2-stage Z54's. I replaced short clips with long M2 clips on all my E series lights.

Got my BE tubes today! The Aleph 3 with a BE4 is a perfect fit in a RipOff CO-127 padded pouch. The flap closes perfectly, both Velcro pieces are aligned.
