If you feed your light with DC, wattage is easy to measure: measure voltage and current at the same time and multiply it.

For measuring (peak) Candela you just use a Luxmeter one meter away and you get the reading in Candela.

For measuring the luminous flux you will need an Ulbricht sphere (that means: forget it).

How do you measure Wattage, Lumen and Candlepower? Do you need instruments or can you find out using formulas based on other infoes, such as Volts, Amps etc?
