A few hours at least. If it were me, I'd wait overnight just to be safe.
Let it warm up to room temperature before charging to avoid any potential damage. A good rule of thumb is to wait at least a few hours—maybe 3-5 depending on how cold it feels. If the battery still feels cold to the touch after that, give it more time.
