Per year i now pay 159 per year on my honda rebel motorcycle but that includes towing and trip interuption where they pay for towing and a hotel room
How aboout you?

Where I live now? Waaaaayy too much. I pay around what you pay per year, every month. Just shy of that.
When I stayed with some family in Idaho when my wife and I split, I was paying about $145/yr on a 5-year-old Toyota pickup that was paid for.
I eventually traded that in for a Camaro SS because of my midlife crisis. It sounded better revving a v8 at cute girls than a v6 LOL

That's all I have too. But there's a lot of ppl on the roads here and a big chunk of them don't have insurance or even a license.

I used to drive up to L.A. twice a week and would see old pickup trucks from baja mexico with random bits of who-knows-what stacked 20ft high, smoke billowing out the exhaust and barely going 50mph. It was entertaining to see but obviously dangerous. I highly doubt they had insurance.

I always acted like I wanted to race them. Fun way to pass the time.

I pay around $1,200 every 6 months for my 17 year-old Mazda 6 V6 sSport trim model. No, that's not a typo. And no, it's not what you think. I'm a safe driver. But folks in my neck of the woods, aren't! So because of them, my rates get jacked up. And yes, I've comparison shopped. It's literally not worth switching. Ironically, everything but my jobs are in my neighborhood. If I could find security and health care jobs within walking distance, I'd sell my car and rely on the reliable bus service in my neighborhood. So yeah.... Don't own a car in New York City.

Hang on to that. Good rate. Stay under the radar. What's your deductible?

With where you are, I'm surprised it's that cheap. I would have thought the city would be higher.

We pay $75 per month for liability on a 2003 Nissan Frontier and 2010 Buick LaCrosse.

3400 a year, full coverage, all options included, for a brand new suv in Brooklyn. and that is a good price for my zip code, my record is clean so far. even got good driver discount 400 a year.

I'm still surprised. That is still less than I expected there, especially with full coverage and all the bells and whistles on a new vehicle. I was imagining something like double again.

Should i get full covarage ? Its on a 2023 honda rebel 500 cc
You should get the biggest coverage you can afford, if god forbid something happens, medical bills are expensive, unlike car insurance, vehicle replacement value is low, but injuries are more serious with a bike. also if your state has that definitely get uninsured driver coverage, in case someone hits you and runs, or has no insurance, your insurance will cover medical expenses.

I got unisured next term ill upgrade to full ty. First i need new front tire and chain front tire has loke 23000 miles on it thats a lot for a motorcycle plus it has a plug in it lol

In GA you likely have road time 11+ months out of the year. $159 equates to $13.25/month give or take. Unless that bike is worth $7K or more, I wouldn't sweat that premium. 12 months MC insurance in NY is around $175 for 50/25/10. Just make sure your butt is covered for medical. And please, be careful.

I suck at most things but im a amazeing motorcycle rider.. but the drivers suck here . Not sure why

~92$ monthly (with 75 % bonus), full Casco. 2008 VW Caddy 1.9 TDi.

Nothing beats an old American V8 for sound! I had a 1987 Chevrolet Beauville van, petrol 5L V8 (305 Cubic inches). I LOVED that thing!
Sadly, I had to part with it due to no ABS or ESP, and a 2.2 ton rear-wheel drive automatic (with no lock on the upshift) in Norwegian winters...well, it just didn't work for me.
...But I still miss it so much!!! 😢

Oh! If you drive a big gas-guzzler SUV, expect to pay more!

Used to be I'd cut insurance a single check every year. Now the big insurance companies only do bi-yearly payments. Paying every month gets you the least amount of savings per year. Also, at the end of the month, if they want to; your insurance company can drop you.

On a motorcycle, full coverage is worth it.

Clarification ~ That $1,200 I pay every 6 months is on almost full coverage. I took off a few things to save some money several years back. But it's close enough to full coverage that I don't have to worry if I get into an accident.
