How to change color temp on LED UFO High Bay

I had some Day Brite 13" UFO High Bay lights installed and the color temp is too bright/cool. They're only adjustable between 4000k-5000k. I want them to be softer/warmer and it's cost prohibitive to swap them out now.

I'm trying to find a filter or cover that can soften them but having trouble. Any ideas?

Probably a stupid idea, but what about trying to swap out four of the emitters with red-orange 510nm emitters?

Just switching out a small number of the emitters could substantially lower the effective color temperature, if you don't mind a slight off pinkish tint (which some people might actually like). It would also raise CRI.

That might allow you to get down to 3500K territory.

You can also look at this. It's a phosphor sheet designed for placement over LED emitters.
Though it seems too expensive to be worthwhile for your situation.

Or take a look at this:
Lamin-x One 4 inch x 8 inch Universal Film Cover (Color : Yellow)

VViViD Air-Tint Golden Yellow Headlight/Tail Light Window Tint

You're probably just better off buying a new light fixture. It wouldn't be worth the cost or trouble.

4000K really isn't that bad. That color temperature can almost feel the slightest bit warm (but almost neutral white).

I suspect the quality and "feel" of the light will really benefit from a diffusion cover. This could be a frosted plastic sheet.
