How to convert a G2Z to rechargeable?

I've tried to read every post on rechargeable 123's and I've just managed to confuse myself more. I want to get a G2Z and my only hesitation right now is that I'd be using it everyday, enough to go through 2 to 4 batts daily while paying for them myself; last time I checked, I hadn't won the lottery.

I'd like to have a rechargeable option and I'm thinking that the Pila 168s conversion is best over the Battery Station 123's, but that is just my confused guess at a solution.

My question is how do I convert and how much light will I lose? 60 lumens is the lower threshold for combat lights and the G2Z puts out about 65 stock. Would converting to the 168s+Pila 3.6v lamp be too dim?

I've been trying to find the Pilas on J.S. Burley's site but can only find the A variant. Any pointers would be much appreciated.

The pila 3.6V lamp + 168s won't be dimmer be actually brighter than the P60 on 2 123s. The runtime might be a bit lower tho.
It's a good setup.
If you want to use the R123 from battery station, you'll need a P90 9V lamp. Brightness will be much better but runtime will only be about 30-40 minutes approximatively.
