How to match a regulator to a multi-cree build?

Ok, I know very little about the electronics involved in building a light. Id love to build 6 or more Q5 light with parts from deal extreme but dont know how to regulate it and the wiring involved.

Iam a machinist and would like to build the light from scartch using the wolf eyes storm as the model. I figured I could use a 4 or 5 18650 magazine for a short overall body length like the storm. I love this light.

Anyone have any advice on how to regulate and wire this many emitters? Should each emitter have its own regulator? Thanks.
