how to mod green laser without pot

Hi all,

I've had a green 50mw green laser for quite a while now... back when it cost me $100 for it... well, i've got the nerve up to mod it and have looked through all the posts first, seemed easy - just twist a pot.

Well, got the thing apart... no pot... just a bunch of SMDs. Anyone able to help with modding this laser?
