Is there a model number difference?

The new one has a nipple for AA Lithium and a nipple for Li-Ion 3.6v rechargeables. Model # is the same - MBT-1. New one has 10 nipples vs 8 nipples.

Also, the old one has a hard plastic case. The new case is rubberized, much nicer.
