The Mississippi river has been its lowest in nearly 70 years,,Issacs' precip will help several rivers that feed it.
Next week sometime, cargo ect. should be flowing normally.

Just got my power back here in Pirate Town. Strange week.

A restaurant a block and a half from us never lost power. They did more business in the last six days than they would have during six Fat Tuesdays.

No matter what the individual situation most are pretty tired around here. I hope all those still with no power have their services restored soon.
