Looks like a NiMH AA cell with fancy marketing. Nothing special.

They don't state and even refute that their cells are NiMH, however, there are statements on the website indicating NiMH (i.e. "Same advanced technology that powers today's Hybrid vehicles")

expect to pay well over a thousand bucks for a small hydrogen fuel cell, as the catalyst they use is quite expensive
