Howdy, sorry to hear about the flickering. I suppose you've tried a new cell, factory reset, taking the battery out for 10 minutes, etc? I ended up sending mine back, and my new one is fine.... so it's nice to know that is an option. Just out of curiosity, what is your serial number? Is the flicker happening just on the lowest levels?

I suggest tighten the bezel or retention ring. This will often solved the flickering problem.

i did try a new cell and factory reset and ... it worked lucky me!

I had some flickering on my 120P, but I discovered it was my fault. The switch cap was not tightened all the way. Since that, not a problem at all.
