Has anyone measure the candela output of an Ultrastinger.

I know they spec it as a peak at 75K -- I measure over 10K from my SL6.

My 1M cp rated Vector 137CO measures at 100K candela (same as candle power actually).

So where does the US really fall?

Is it almost as bright as the Vector or is it just a bit brighter than the SL6?

Beam width?

Run time, I know, is limited to 1hr per charge.

Thanks!

Richard

Yes, you need an Ultrastinger! So you can test just how bright it really is, and if you don't want it after you are done testing it, you can send it to me!

Rich,

Get one. I know I sold mine, but it was to finance other things that seemed to take priority (wish I had it back Dano!). The US outshone everything else I had except the 1M cp spotlight (the one which you now have) and one particular heavily modified incandescent (which I still have). And for a practical-carry long-distance production flashlight, the US is the hands-down winner.
