Well after seeing all the new LEDS i wanted to do some plastic surgery to my PD so i upgraded it with a SSC P4 from Fred at photonphanatic, a MC20s and the .03 bronze spacer.

I also have to say cheers to the sandwidch shoppe here they messed up my first order as i didn't get the copper spacers nor the reflector i wanted but after emailing the shoppe Cindy sent me a new order and arrived before right before the weekend.

The Mod was pretty easy and straight forward but centering the LED was a real pain.
I would like to know which board should i get at the Sandwidch shoppe for the mizer lever if avialable.

Well at least i got more lumens at the same battery expense now :)

Congrats, I plan on swapping a Seoul into my PD as well...using the same exact parts you did, except I am not looking to convert to mizer :)

I just finished my Pd Seoul trans-plant. Overall, I am extremely satisfied. Now my PD has a better tint and lots more output... I think its coming in around 80-90 lumens. Cheers to Don for making the light great for modders. A good mod to do yourself.

You won't find the GDx2 (or wizx2 if yours is older) at the shoppe...but if you really want the mizer level, you can just replace the resistor on the current board. IIRC Don uses a .15 0603 resistor instead of the stock .10 0603 sized resistor

Thats a very good guess. The PD-S is about 90-100 lumens out the front on high, so I would add 10 lumens to your figure :) My UV1J PD is ~50 lumens out the front just for reference....

Thx for the tip :) i think i'll leave it as it is for now because the Seoul doesn't throw as well as the Cree Mizer so the extra lumens are needed :( may b down the road :D ovearall i like Al lights because of the softer threads.
