I need translation!

RLS-UV380, 385 nm, 2 mW at 20 mA, 30°, 5 mm clear epoxy

Orb has offered to create a UV flashlight with the above specs, this means nothing to me! I asked them through multiple emails (they answered every one promptly) what I was looking for.
I am trying to acquire a light that can detect urine, is this the specs I am seeking?

2mW= Output
20ma= Current draw
30°= Beamspread
5mm= LED Size
IMHO, the first is good, the second is weak, the third is good for barrery life and the fourth is wide.
