I want to attach my bike light to a spotlight grip handle

The BC30R is a decent shape for holding as a flashlight, but I would like to attach it to a grip handle so it becomes an easier to hold spotlight. And build a collapsable tripod into the hollow handle as well, so it becomes an adjustible-aim worklight when I have to change a tire at night.
