the enduraled by phillips seems to be able to handle a lot of different kinds of dimmers ?
i have no idea what kind of dimmer the ikea one is, do you think they can be used together?

Virtually every dimmer I've seen works by varying the duty cycle of the AC waveform. This creates lots of harmonics and is probably the worst way you can treat a sensitive electronic device that's connected to it. If the EnduraLED can stand up to this (and it does), I don't see it having any trouble with an Ikea dimmer.

I looked up the Ikea "Dimma" and they don't list any technical specs for it, however their site states that it works on incandescents and halogens. This implies that it's using the same dimming technology as regular in-wall dimmers, which implies that it will work with the EnduraLEDs.
