Ikea LADDA NiMH 1900mAh

Is Ikea (Canada and elsewhere) discontinuing NiMH cells? Today I got what appears the last two packs of LADDA AA NiMH 1900mAh $6/4-pack...or maybe just out of stock? I did not see any AA or AAA cells on the shelves, only the good little STENKOL charger.

UK IKEA still has plenty. AA 1900mAh £5/4 pack as of my last visit (12th July). Got mine from the area near the checkouts. Previously I've seen them in the lighting section so maybe they move them around.

Website carries them. Maybe they're just out of stock in your area.

A while ago at the store near me they had them with the toys, in the lighting, and near the checkout, so maybe they move them.

Still made in Japan too. I'm kind of amazed at that but really glad they're still quality at a reasonable price.

The Edmonton location had far more of the 2450's than the 1900's last time I was there. It makes me wonder if they are going to be switching to the 2450's once the 1900's are out of stock.

I checked Potomac Mills, VA and online it says they are out of all AA, but there are AAA in stock in the store. It says they expect a restock.
On a side note people are reselling on ebay for twice the price so perhaps there is some retail arbitrage going on and people are flipping stock.
