I'm building a new TITANIUM flashlight, I'd love your feedback!

It turned out to be a cool light! I somehow missed this topic. There is an idea about the clip - it is better to have a reverse wedge at the back so that it clings to the edge of the fabric, then the lantern will not dangle with the top edge like some flashlights and tactical pens - the spring end pinches the fabric well, but the top dangles in all directions. But this only applies to the big heavy 18650 version

Sounds like an easy fix if he doesn't change it. You just need a grinder.

a couple of files or profiled stones are enough

I hope this is built in the USA or Europe.

If it had a red or green and high CRI white LEDs it could be used in aviation. That market has the money to afford such lights.

Was chatting with him on IG back in April and he said a "few weeks" preorder will be live. Let's hope your info is more concrete than mine.

I am still interested, if it becomes real. Can people please post news on this here? I don't search the internet for news on progress on this.

I know that design and engineering on lights like these won't come cheap. That noted, is there a ballpark price range available for these lights? I'm keen to acquire one, I just want to know whether doing so will require a bank loan. (Although lights with these specifications would surely be acceptable as collateral to any reasonable banker, wouldn't you agree?)

Looks like one has to be on facegram or whatever the kids are using these days.

I emailed them to request a configuration. Got a response in a couple days.

Somewhere I saw a basic price; not horrible for what you are getting, one opinion.

I have never been a user of those social media groups, just CPF, diysolarforum, that knife forum (name?) and Spyderco forums.

Some interesting options coming out of this company:

Rampant is live and order already placed. Ordered an R4/Nichia and an R8/SFT40. Excited for them to show up
